White County Superior Records

A sealed record or restricted file may still exist at the court, but public access can be limited to parties, attorneys, agencies, or people with a court order.
White County Judicial Circuit
White County Superior Court is part of the Enotah Judicial Circuit. The research states that the circuit was formed in 1992 by joining Lumpkin, Towns, Union, and White counties.
